Terms and Conditions:

All of my wedding stationery items are handmade and as such there may be some variations between colours and materials and items may differ slightly from the photographs on my website.

As my wedding stationery is handmade it therefore may differ slightly from card to card. This is not deemed as faulty.

If the client orders Wedding Stationery in stages then I cannot guarantee continuity of card and ribbon colour etc as batches sometimes vary.

Orders will be sent out by a signed for recorded delivery or courier, unless a hand delivery or collection is arranged.

Once despatched, I cannot accept any responsibility for damage or loss caused by the postal service/courier.

I cannot be held responsible for any errors that go unnoticed after proofs have been approved by the client.

A deposit is required to secure your order unless otherwise agreed.

Once deposits are paid they are non-refundable.

The balance of the payment will be due before despatch of your order, by bank transfer or cheque made payable to Louise Potton.
